The Project
Carol had searched on the internet in February 2022 for a company that could provide finance for a new Belle Tent she was looking to acquire in addition to her other two existing Glamping structures on her Glamping site in North Wales.
Carol found our website and noted that we were specialisting in the Glamping market and offered finance specifically for Glamping equipment. She gave us a call and we talked about the possible finance options available and at the time, Carol was still a little uncertain about making commitments ahead of the 2022 season.
In the meantime, we kept talking on a regular basis throughout the summer and in September 2022, Carol visited The Glamping Show at Stoneleigh Park where we were exhibiting (as we do every year) and we got chatting again. She had dedicated the time was finally right to acquire a Shepherd’s Hut and the show was the perfect place for Carol to find the perfect supplier.
The Process
At the show, Carol decided on her chosen Shepherd’s Hut supplier and we talked through her business plans. Our goal was to really get a full picture of the proposal as this would enable us to provide the most accurate advice and secure the most appropriate funding for this business case.
Following this conversation, we took the proposal to our funders and duly arranged the most appropriate finance option for Carol’s hut. We agreed on a finance lease over 5 years which we were very pleased to have arranged. All of Carol’s proposal information was provided very promptly on request and the deal was accepted equally as quickly.
