When you first make contact with us, we will come and meet with you at your premises to discuss your plans, gain an understanding of your unique proposal and provide tailored advice. This includes everything from your business plan to affordability to your chosen suppliers and equipment.
We’ve been in the industry for many years and find that talking with our customers and partners in person is the best way to really get an understanding for your business, and get to know you as an individual.
After discussing your proposal in detail, we will then recommend the most suitable funding option based on our conversation, taking all of your business needs into account. Our role is to match your equipment proposal with the right funding solution, as well as determine the right Funder from our panel of Funders.
Once we have come to an agreement, we will pull together all the paperwork required to obtain the finance solution you need, and send this along with your proposal to our Underwriters.
Once we have received acceptance on your proposal, we will come and revisit you at your premises in order to get all the final pieces of finance documentation signed off. This is a great opportunity for us to meet you face-to-face again and provide you with a traditional and personal service.
After the deal is fully signed off, you will be ready to go with your equipment proposal! We like to stay in touch with our customers once the process is complete, checking in every 6 months or so to make sure things are going smoothly and if there is any further support we can offer.
