Over twenty years ago when I entered the asset finance industry, the first piece of equipment I arranged finance for was a marquee. I quickly got introduced to many of the leading marquee manufacturers and received a number of referrals from suppliers who had customers searching for funding for their marquees.
Upon receiving good advice from a friend, I decided to specialise in this fast-growing sector. In the first 7 years of business, GTF Event Equipment grew and I earned a good reputation as the go-to marquee finance broker.
This led me to financing temporary warehouses and large marquees and in 2012, we financed our first Glamping tent. Since then, we have gone on to arrange finance for a number of different structures and equipment.
