Wendy got in touch with us a GTF Event Equipment when seeking holiday lodge finance for her new lodge in Devon. At the time, she was operating one holiday lodge at a park in Devon, but had been looking for some time for another holiday lodge to buy on another park with more guest facilities than the existing site.

The Process

After spending time with Neil it was good to get an understanding of my finance options, so I could choose a product that was in line with my business model.
Neil and I discussed the various options finance options available and decided on a 5 year Hire Purchase agreement with a 40% deposit would be the most suitable product for me on this occasion. As I was able to provide a larger deposit it helped make my monthly payments affordable.
